What percentage of chlorhexadine gluconate is in Top Paw Medicated dog shampoo?

My exceptionally gentle and very lovable Golden Retriever has small purple sores and thinning hair over large portions of his skin. The Vet said, “most likely a common bacterial infection”. Sent us home with a very small bottle of medicated shampoo.(available to veterinarians only.) Stuff is working well, but I need more to finish treatment and clear all the infection
Active ingredient: Chlorhexadine Gluconate 4%, a common disinfectant in medicated shampoos. Same stuff my knee surgeon had me use to prewash before surgery.

My question is: What percentage of Chlorhexadine gluconate is in Top Paw Medicated Shampoo for dogs? ( Available at PetSmart )
I cannot find a manufacturer’s website, keep getting referred back to sellers like petsmart, petco, etc..
Suggestions for dog shampoo brands containing chlohexadine gluconate 4% or even slightly higher are greatly welcomed.
